1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and ez8 apk ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your use of all services, features, content, and functionality provided through the ez8 apk platform, including the website and mobile application.

Continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the latest version in effect.

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and ez8 apk.

2 User Eligibility

To use the ez8 apk platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements :

• At least 18 years old or the minimum age required under your local laws, whichever is higher.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list issued by any relevant authority.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is completely prohibited by local law.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or business entity when using this platform.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the ez8 apk platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of remaining funds.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Information to be provided includes your full name as per your identification card, active mobile number, valid email address, and any other required verification details.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all users before any first withdrawal is processed. Documents accepted for KYC purposes include:

• Valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport
• Recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address
• Screenshot of the e-wallet account or bank account details used for transactions

Ez8 apk reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for compliance and anti-money laundering purposes.

4 Deposit and Payment Methods

The ez8 apk platform supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, and selected credit/debit cards. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction
• Maximum daily deposit: RM 50,000 (adjustable based on account level)
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same user's name
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned in full

Ez8 apk does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same user's name. ez8 apk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per request
• Standard processing time: Within 30 minutes to 3 business hours
• Withdrawals received after 11:00 PM may be processed the following day
• Additional verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000
• Users must complete all bonus wagering requirements before making a withdrawal if there is an active bonus in the account

6 Bonus and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by ez8 apk are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each user is entitled to claim each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated
• The wagering requirement must be met within the stipulated period before a withdrawal is permitted
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged directly for cash
• Ez8 apk reserves the right to revoke any bonus suspected of being obtained through unauthorised or fraudulent means
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all accounts involved
• Bonus value will expire automatically if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period

7 Game Rules

All games available on the ez8 apk platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by an independent third-party body. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Users agree to comply with the specific rules of each game as stated within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction or disruption during a game session:

• Any pending bets will be voided and refunded to the user's account balance
• If a disruption occurs after the game result has been determined, the valid outcome will be applied
• Ez8 apk is not liable for losses arising from internet disruptions on the user's end

The use of automation software, bots, third-party tools, or any method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ez8 apk will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members
• Always log out of your account after using a public or shared device
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security
• Report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately

9 Platform Liability Limits

Ez8 apk provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, network disruptions, or unplanned downtime.

Ez8 apk is not liable for:

• Losses or missed profits resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control
• Damage to a user's device occurring during use of the app
• Third-party actions causing service disruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses under any circumstances

Ez8 apk's maximum total liability to any user in any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

Ez8 apk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of management tools that users can use to control their gaming activity:

12 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Ez8 apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform users via in-app notifications or email regarding any material changes.

The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page. The last updated date is shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
